Overtime Foundations

Overtime Foundations is designed for middle school athletes to build the base required for long-term athletic success. This program focuses on movement quality, mobility, stability, coordination, and strength fundamentals in a fun, structured, and confidence-building environment.

Athletes learn how to move properly before adding speed and load, reducing injury risk while setting the stage for future performance. Our coaches emphasize technique, effort, and mindset, helping young athletes develop strong habits, body awareness, and belief in themselves as they grow.

Overtime Elite

Overtime Elite is a high-performance training program for high school athletes who want to separate themselves from the competition. This class focuses on strength development, speed, power, agility, and sport-specific movement, all built on a foundation of proper mechanics and recovery. Training is intense, intentional, and results driven.

Athletes are challenged physically and mentally while being coached with purpose, accountability, and support. Overtime Elite prepares athletes not just to perform at a high level, but to train like competitors, move with confidence, and reach their full potential.
