From OT Sports, we realized a major gap in the fitness industry. Thus came OT Fitness! Too many adults were stuck in repetitive, uninspiring workouts, high-intensity classes that left them burned out, or strength programs that led to nagging pain and injuries.
We knew a better way. Just because you’re no longer competing doesn’t mean you can’t train with purpose, build strength, and feel like an athlete. Not at all! Our training is designed for beginners to intermediate levels, with modifications to fit your current ability. Whether you’re new to strength training or getting back into a routine, we’ll help you progress safely and confidently.

Each session is one hour, including a structured warm-up, strength and conditioning work, and a cooldown to promote recovery.

We have three membership tiers to fit different goals and commitments:

YES! You can sign up for one free trial small group class before committing to a membership plan.

Come ready to move! Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, bring water, and show up 5-10 minutes early to get settled in. We can’t wait to see you there :)

That depends on your goals! We recommend that members train 3-4 times per week in order to see the best results, but we’ll help you create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
